CURRENT WORK:
- I have just finished my notes on 2 Kings.
FULLY PUBLISHED:
The notes from #1 Genesis to #12 2 Kings are now in fully finished form, along with the minor prophets from Hosea to Micah. They are available to view and download as PDFs and as WEBPAGES.
PUBLISHED AS DRAFTS:
Initially the overviews were done relatively quickly to accompany our weekly bible studies, however this meant that errors in my work could creep in. Most of the books listed from #15 Ezra to #39 Malachi should be considered as being in draft form. They have been double-checked enough to be published on this website, but it is very likely that changes will be made to them as I continue the slow process of double-checking and editing them. They are only published here as I think they may still be useful, but on the understanding that they are very likely to change once I begin the final proofreading.
UNPUBLISHED:
The following overviews remain unpublished as more work needs to be done before I am happy for them to be published: #13 1 Chronicles, #14 2 Chronicles, #18 Job, #19 Psalms, #20 Proverbs, #21 Ecclesiastes, #23 Isaiah.
- At any time I may make minor adjustments to previously published work. This website will always hold the latest versions of the work, and each Bible Overview has its date of publication written on each page.
- Feel free to download and print the PDFs for your own personal use. If you wish to print them off for a small church group, then that is fine, but please ensure that the notes are printed exactly as created; I would request that they not be altered in any way.
- Where is the New Testament?
Sorry, the weekly bible studies that I prepared focussed on the Old Testament. The New Testament was covered during Sunday services so bible study notes were not prepared.
I only have a few New Testament books covered but I don't intend to publish them at present as I am still in the process of editing and updating all my Old Testament notes.
