• The name "Interlocking Bible" came about because I believe that each part of the bible is relevant to other parts of the bible; The Old Testament shines a light on the New Testament, and vice versa. Every bible story has a purpose and relevance, even if we don't quite see it yet. Sometimes it is only when we put all the pieces together, a bit like a jigsaw puzzle, that we can begin to understand the reason for a particular story being in the bible, so this is my attempt to begin trying that
• The original aim of the Interlocking Bible Commentary was that I had an idea to create and publish e-books which focussed on specific books of the bible. So far that hasn't happened as now I am writing a website from scratch.
• The old version of my website only began for my own personal benefit; it was simply a place where I could store my PDF bible overviews and access them on the go. Simple! I had just finished the Old Testament in draft form and was planning to go on to the New Testament. But with the new website I realised I could make my notes more mobile friendly, so I am now slowly updating my draft notes.
• Everything on this site is provided free to as I hope it will be a blessing to all who use it.
